Scramble your eggs the way you like (a bit of butter never hurt; low heat to keep it nice and creamy.
Warm your peperonata through and get your pesto to room temperature
Plate your eggs on top of your peperonata and while the eggs are hot, lightly dress the eggs with pesto, and lay your ham over top. The slices are thin and as they warm, they'll soften a bit as if melting.
If you have bread, scones, or brioche buns have them warmed and ready to go so that you can enjoy it all while it's fresh!
